The Pentecostal Young People Association (PYPA) is the official youth wing of the Indian Pentecostal Church of God (IPC). PYPA plays a vital role in nurturing the next generation by organizing various programs and initiatives designed to help young people grow in faith and live a godly, purpose-driven life.
Key activities of PYPA include:
- Youth meetings and camps that provide spiritual guidance and fellowship
- Encouraging young believers to actively serve in their local churches
- Organizing outreach activities to share the Gospel
In addition, Sunday Schools are conducted in every local church, usually before or after the Sunday worship service. Children are divided into age-appropriate classes where they learn foundational Biblical truths through:
- Interactive lessons
- Songs
- Memory verses
- Bible stories
To further encourage participation and growth, Talent Tests are organized by both PYPA and the Sunday School Association (SSA). These events provide a platform for children and youth to showcase their God-given gifts in areas such as singing, preaching, Bible quiz, memory verses, storytelling, drawing, and more. The aim is not only to recognize talent but also to help young people use their abilities for the glory of God and the edification of the Church.
